Each-Other Care and Growth

Come with me as I spiral - but hopefully inward, on some focus and specific goals.

Dear Best Friends,

A friend recently told me that she was reading the book, Traction, to help think about the business she co-owns. Without asking any more questions, I put the book on hold at the library and picked it up the other day. The full title of the book I got was, “Traction: How Any Startup Can Achieve Explosive Customer Growth,” which is exactly what I’d love to do! It’s about different marketing and sales tactics - and notably, it was published in 2015, which seemed outdated for a reference advising on marketing strategies for tech startups (which I am not, but so what!!). At some point, I searched the book online again and realized there’s another book called, Traction: Get A Grip On Your Business, written by a completely different person about a completely different topic, and most likely the book my friend was talking about. But it was too late - I was already excitedly taking notes on how to grow my newsletter (and eventually art business) from a book on marketing for tech startups!
